What happens after you write
We read every message. Corrections that check out get applied to the relevant page, usually within a week. Questions that need a longer answer may turn into a guide update rather than a reply.
If you don't hear back, it usually means we're still verifying the detail you raised. Verification takes longer when a listing has to be re-checked against a manufacturer's current materials, so a quiet week is normal rather than a lost message.
